Hi, I’m Dan, founder of Saunity.
The idea for Saunity was sparked during my wife’s self-healing journey, when sauna became an important part of her recovery. With my school background in machinery engineering, 20+ years in woodworking, and nearly two decades in manufacturing, I realised I could build something truly special: a sauna pod that’s not only functional, but beautiful, durable, and designed with care. Having lived in Cornwall for the past 20 years, I’ve been increasingly inspired by the global shift towards wellness and intentional living. Saunity was born as a way to combine decades of craftsmanship with this movement, creating Pods that help people unplug, recharge, and reconnect. The name says it all: Sauna + Unity = Saunity, a celebration of the calming power of heat, nature, and human connection. Saunity Pods are built to last, designed to inspire, and crafted to give you a sanctuary of wellbeing. Now, through the partnership with the original creators of Fitosauna, I'm also proud to bring this iconic sauna experience to the UK.
